Hello Watson Family! We are finally getting a little sleep and feeling like functioning people again. The first couple of weeks were a real challenge for us new parents. I think we're getting the hang of it now -- thank goodness! Are you missing China as much as we are? Our trip was such a wonderful experience. Glad we got to share a couple of moments with you all. Love, Amy, Jeff and Lily
Congratualtions to you all! Thank you so much for sharing your blog with me. It has helped so much. My 9 year old who is going to China loves the fried ciccada shot! Lily is beautiful! I am going to pour over your blog for hours with my husband so he can prepare for the trip. Any specific advice/suggestions are very welcome as we expect our itinerary to be the same as yours. We think they will travel around March 22-April 7.
I would love it if you would e-mail me. I know you have stopped bloggin but I would love to e-mail once in a while and I cannot find a way to find you. I even put in my blog for you to e-mail me once. How is lily? Jack?
you don't know me, i was researching Chinese homes for a project and stumbled across your blog.i read it with interest and felt the warmth of family life from it. i am also adopted and it is nice to know that lily will grow up with knowledge, history and presents from her birthplace. I wish you all luck and hope that lily grows up to be happy and have a wonderful life with you all.
Hi! I am just seeing your blog. I saw the picture of your daughters foster mother and my daughter had the same foster mother! We adopted her in 2013. You can contact me if you want. Sarah and my email is svapple@gmail.com
When a child is born, invisible red threads extend from the child's spirit and connect to all the significant people who will be part of the child's life. As the child grows, the threads shorten, drawing closer those who are destined to be together.
